Locating the perfect home is not always an easy task and obtaining a mortgage loan can be a complex and tiring process although once you have determined that you are ready to move forward with the required effort towards your home-purchasing goal, the rewards are unquestionable.

While at your side each step of the way I will make the process of purchasing a home easier, more enjoyable, less time-consuming, and less expensive than if you undertake this challenge on your own.

I am always familiar with the current homes on the market and I know neighbourhood value as well so I can help you determine which properties are fairly priced and in good condition before you start your search .

Step One

To get the loan pre-qualification and your mortgage pre approval so you will know what your budget is & what location you're interested in.

Step Two

Questionnaire about what exactly you are looking for? For example: type of a home, number of bedrooms , number of bathrooms , basement and other relevant information.

Step Three

Narrow down a search for you on MLS and sign you up for daily automatic emails from the system so they are updated right away when a new house is available on the market in your preferred area. I also email my database of colleagues to see if they have any listings coming up so we can see them first.

Step four

Once you see the properties on the computer you contact me immediately and we book showings right away. I show the property and answer any questions you might have about the home and share my professional expertise.

Step Five

If you are interested and want to submit an offer I start the process right away. Negotiating between both parties on the buyer and the seller side and coming to an agreement on both sides.

Step Six

Once offer is accepted I am there for you to support you from the date of purchase to the date of closing and beyond with any help that is needed.
